Answer: Task- 1 A)For preparing a child of age 3-4 suffering chronic illness for hospitalization is a complicated process, yet as professional teachers, we can help them to prepare for their hospital stay by truthfully and honestly explaining them the need of hospital admission. We will initiate this process a couple of days earlier. Using simple language, we will talk with them ask questions and help them to understand that it is important for them. Educational play therapy is considered a helpful therapy that helps children in understanding what to expect in the hospital. As an educational therapist we will show you and your child the areas where the child will stay. This will help the child to develop a positive perception and attractiveness towards the hospital. We will show different things like splints, dressing, plaster etc. and explain the child about their importance in the treatment process. This will surely work to influence children in a positive manner for their hospital stay. B)Playing is considered is an ingredient that makes up the complete individual ready to learn, read, write, apply logic and understand the world. In the hospital, play work as a form of counselling where children try to recover from their own experience, development, self-guidance and self-healing process. The play is proven to be healing equipment especially useful for ill children. Play helps to reduce negative feelings, gather knowledge about child experience, and develop communication and connection with children in the hospital. In this manner, play works a therapy in the recovery process. Task -2 A) Training and Development In training and development phase the initial responsibility of practitioners is to label the children specifically, access to their needs, concentrate on their care process and understand their sensitivity. B) Partnership Working It is practitioner responsibility to maintain teamwork, healthy communication, and active participation in team and with children is a manner that is clearly supportive for children recovery. C) Inclusive Practice Your inclusive practice is to make your best possible effort, act, skill or practice to help these privileged children in their recovery process.
